Roadmap is an early stage career edtech startup that I advised on marketing and product strategy, as well as seed round investor messaging.
Revenue Model
Worked with the founder to define the GTM and pricing strategy. Ultimately, helping pivot the company away from a freemium-led revenue model to a revenue model with 3 different pricing packages and offerings.
Product Development
Helped the product team reduce user friction by redesigning pricing pages to make clear distinctions between unique offerings, as well as improving the prominence of the call to action messaging and navigation to encourage conversions. This resulted in a 10% increase in sign ups.
Investor Guidance
Gave strategic advice around fundraising, crafting a compelling narrative using existing pitch deck materials along with new data points that strengthened the investment thesis.
